Pre-Transfer Advising Drop-Ins

Pre-Transfer Advisors are available during these drop-in Zoom hours to help answer brief advising questions- no appointment necessary. It’s a quick and easy way to meet one-on-one virtually with a Pre-Transfer Advisor to receive guidance!

Please note: If you are needing specialized guidance that will require a more in-depth conversation, please schedule a one-hour Pre-Transfer Advising appointment.

Pre-Transfer Advising cannot determine the applicability or transferability of international credits that have not yet been evaluated. In order to receive a full transfer credit evaluation of your international coursework, you will need to send full and complete official course descriptions.

Register: Click on a date in the calendar below to view available times. All Virtual Appointments are listed and scheduled in Mountain Time. Students can register up until the end of the drop-in hours for that day. Once you register, you will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email as well as a text message reminder.

Pre-Transfer Advising is available for the following academic colleges: 

College of Arts & Sciences, College of Engineering & Applied Science, College of Media,  Communication and Information, Leeds School of Business, Program in Exploratory Studies.

Pre-Transfer advising is not available for the following academic colleges. These academic colleges have a dedicated transfer advisor for prospective and admitted students within their department. Contact the department advisor directly by clicking your college of choice below.
